About EAC South West

EAC South West consultant Jeremy Downing has over 35 years of experience with working in the Built Environment with EAC South West SAP/EPC assessor, Building Control (25 years) and before that as a Site Engineer and Trades Foreman. We believe that the combination of being a qualified SAP/EPC energy assessor and having the background experience of working in Building Control and on Construction Sites has enabled EAC South West to be ahead of our competitors in providing a more comprehensive and understanding service.

Fees
All of our fees are up front and clear. We don’t hide any extras and with our single price it means that you have an affordable price and we will stick to it.

Our services are linked to compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. We have over 25 years experience of working in Building Control and we are uniquely placed to provide you with the most efficient route to compliance.

As the requirements of the Building Regulations become increasingly technical, it is increasingly important that you engage EAC South West as early as possible in the project. If we receive a set of plans half way through a new build then there is not a lot that we can do to change the energy performance of the building without use of Micro Generation.
