Process

Two SAP stages — design & as-built

  1. Design stage

    Design Draft
    Initial SAP documentation produced alongside the design — best time to adjust specs before Planning/Building Regs.
    Design Final
    We issue a SAP report showing Building Regulations compliance and a Predicted Energy Assessment (for Building Control).

  2. As-built stage

    As Built Draft
    Tell us about any design changes during the build so we can check compliance and discuss options.
    Air Tightness Test
    The result of a test is built into the SAP calculation.
    As Built Final
    We finalise SAP and lodge the As-Built SAP Energy Performance Report and the EPC with Landmark.
